Terms of Service

BidFirst is a subscription service priced at $297 per month. Your first month is free — you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.

Subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you retain access through the end of the month you've paid for.

BidFirst is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Upwork Inc. in any way. Upwork is a trademark of Upwork Inc. Our use of the term "Upwork" refers solely to the platform as a venue where freelancers and clients connect.

BidFirst monitors Upwork's public job feed and drafts proposals based on your profile and preferences. You review every proposal before it is sent. BidFirst never logs into your Upwork account, never submits proposals on your behalf, and never requires your Upwork credentials.

You remain fully responsible for all proposals you submit through Upwork. The quality and accuracy of each proposal is your responsibility — BidFirst is a tool to assist you, not to replace your judgment.

BidFirst does not guarantee any specific win rate, number of proposals, or amount of revenue. Results depend on your profile, niche, the jobs available on Upwork, and how you use the proposals BidFirst drafts for you. Past results — if shared — are not a guarantee of future performance.

Your first month is free. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will not be billed for the next period, but we do not offer refunds for the current month once it has started.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@bidfirst.io and we will review your case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidFirst's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BidFirst in the twelve months preceding the claim. BidFirst is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BidFirst is incorporated. Specific governing law provisions will be added after legal review.
